Hi to all you Herculaneum High Basketball fans. I hope this web page brings back a few memories of those good 'ole days......
Recently Jerry Helms visited me (Jules Porchey) at my home in Florida. He brought with him the Basketball score books from our years of 1956, 57 and 58. His younger brother Stanley Helms found them behind a trophy case, miraculously in decent shape.
I have tried to put them in digital form that you can view from this web page. It really is a kick to look at the teams and scores and remember the players, the opponents, the games and the gyms, not to mention the snowy, cold hazardous trips on the bus.
